I first tried Maui Roka in 2023, and was given four samples to try (Grams Almond Toffee, Li Hing Mui, Crystalized Ginger, and Hawaiian Chili). The one I loved the most was the Hawaiian chili. It was perfectly sweet with a hint of spice on the back of the tongue. I remembered ordering a bunch to ship home as Christmas presents for my family. The woman who owns this company is absolutely nothing short of amazing and I liked she named her company after her new pup at the time.
